Cake Sale
On
the 4th of December 2015, our class held a cake sale to raise money for our Vex
Robotics project. The PR team organised it. The PR team made and put up posters
around the school. It was lots of fun. Most of the class baked cakes and
cookies. They were really nice. The PR team all had special jobs. Ciara was in
charge of the money, Laoise handed out plastic bags for everyone’s cakes. Ronan
and David went to tell different classes to come to our venue, the Scout Den.
Niamh looked after the raffle with help from Senan. Muireann and Andrea were
floor managers. Everyone else handed out cakes. The day was a big success. We
ran out of cakes near the end so our teachers had to go to the shop to get
more! At the end of the day, we had sold all the cakes. We raised €442! We had
lots of fun too! Stay tuned to find out about the different teams in the
project, coming soon......
